How the evaluation works

What counts as a substantive answer?

An engineer reads your use case and replies with specifics: whether the SDK covers your pipeline, which hardware fits, and what the evaluation includes. It is not an autoresponder.

Who answers?

Engineers. Neteon operates the first line from the U.S. Escalations go to YUAN engineering in Taipei.

What ships?

Evaluation hardware from U.S. stock. The exact platform is agreed in the engineer's reply — a SmartVDO Edge system, a capture card with an x86 host, or the Pandora dev kit.

What does the evaluation package contain?

The SDK build for your target platform plus sample code, delivered through a supported evaluation path. The published Starter Kit contents list is pending.
